If you need your order urgently please be aware that standard shipping options will be sent with An Post and this service is untracked. Orders can arrive within a 4-7 working day window, often sooner, but not guaranteed. *If your order meets the free shipping amount purchased of €50, your order may still be sent with An Post and therefore will be untracked, this depends on the size of the items in your package. To ensure express shipping, please opt for our express option, orders will be sent with DPD to arrive within a 1-3 working day window. You will receive a text message / email from my fulfilment warehouse as the sender (this will be sent from DPD).
Any customs or import duties must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel or package. Customs policies vary, please contact your local customs office for further information. Depending on what you have ordered, your delivery may arrive in multiple shipments.
I’m afraid we can not cancel orders once payment has been accepted. If you decide you no longer want your order, upon receipt of the items back to the warehouse, we will issue a refund, as long as returns are in perfect condition for resale. This must be conducted within 14 days of delivery, after this we reserve the right to refuse a return. Please return carefully, ideally in the packaging your items arrived in, and suggest you use a registered service for the return, please retain proof of posting should an item go missing.
